Excellence Scholarship Program

A fundraiser will be held in Ohio for the Targeting Excellence
scholarship program. This is a nonprofit organization that raises money
for scholarships targeting college students studying fields in food
animal production. This includes poultry, dairy, beef, pork as well as
veterinary sciences.
This will be an opportunity for people to interact with students
looking to build their career in animal sciences as well as many other
industry contacts from across the country. This is the first year for a
committee in Ohio. Other states involved are North Carolina, Minnesota,
Pennsylvania, Iowa with committees also being formed in Indiana,
Illinois and Nebraska.
