Preserve Nature Center Holiday Closures
The Darke County Parks Nature Center located at Shawnee Prairie
Preserve just west of Greenville will be closed December 25th and
January 1st for Christmas and New Year’s Day observances. The
building’s exhibits and offices as well as the Friends of Darke County
Parks Gift Shop are regularly open Monday through Saturday 9am to 5pm,
and closed on Sunday. The park trails however are open every day
throughout the year from sunrise to sunset. Don’t forget to enjoy your
Darke County Parks this winter.
