Community United Event…
Harmon Field, Wednesday, 5 p.m.
Hey Greenville GreenWave!!! Fox 45 has chosen our school's football
game to be aired LIVE on Thursday, September 6th! With this LIVE
programming, our school has been asked to show how we incorporate
students helping, working, volunteering, serving in the Greenville
community.
We are asking the entire student body AND the Greenville community to
join us as we JOIN HANDS around the football field, demonstrating the
deep commitment to serving. The community serves the school and the
school, students and staff, serve our community!
Here's where you each come in..... What specifically do we need?
People!! And we need YOUR HELP to spread the word! Please
encourage your contacts to participate in this unique event. The
footage shot will be available for use in promotional videos, which we
hope you can then use on your own social media and we will incorporate
on Public Access Wave 5.
Here are the specifics:
PLEASE JOIN US - for - A COMMUNITY UNITED
Wednesday, August 15th, 2018.
Meet at Harmon Field - 5 to 5:15 we will video tape quickly.
Length of time - BRIEF
Who is Invited:
Community Members
Students and Families
Community Leaders
Local Businesses - Staff to be grouped together
& are encouraged to wear similar attire or job defining clothing.
Bring a company banner or sign if you would like. We will take footage
of individual groups interested in a separate group shot.
Why: To demonstrate the shared connection between our School and our
Community.
Goal: Have enough participants to join hands and surround the entire
football field.
WE NEED MANY, MANY PEOPLE! Please share this information and encourage
others in your contact base to come out and support this event. The
visual alone will be worth the effort and a great way to build our
connection!!
Let's show the Miami Valley what Greenville is all about!
