The vote is in… more than 800,000 of them. HandsOn West Central Ohio’s
Darke County Volunteer of the Year is Pete Trocano of Union City (OH),
a volunteer through RSVP, Darke County Solid Waste District. Trocano,
who recently celebrated his 80th birthday, has “two loves in his life:

the Darke County Solid Waste District with its Electronics Recycling
