appropriate times) and nearly 100 percent rapt attention during Wolf’s
recent 50-minute performance. Allan Wolf – author, poet, performer and
educator – used guitar, oratory and a type of mouth harp to entrap and
hold the attention of the students. He wrote mathematical formulas on a
white board and stood on a chair, almost like an orchestra conductor on
a platform... Read More plus photos. See More Community.

THE
EDITOR - TODAY IS TODAY IS FRIDAY,

While the bloggers
and news services are locked into the “big government” vs “big unions”
struggle, Darke County high school students got a treat last week in
the name of Allan Wolf… author, poet, performer and educator. I had the
pleasure of escorting him to Tri-Village High School last Friday. His
performance was upbeat, educational and funny, all rolled into one.
