Ghouls & Goblins spread out through Greenville
By Bob Robinson
Thursday night’s invasion on South Broadway spread through town on
Sunday to various neighborhoods in Greenville where ghosts, princesses,
goblins, skeletons and other fantasies (or nightmare visions?) ask for
treats with the promise of a trick or two if they have to leave
empty-handed. Ages ranged from about six months to a lot older than one
would expect for a Halloween on a Sunday afternoon. The first Halloween
I remember I was about four or five, I guess. Mom took my sister and me
around our neighborhood... Read More. More Community.

GHS HOMECOMING DANCE
|
Dance, Dance, Revolution
By Naiesha Thobe, Teen Scribe
Greenville Senior High School’s gymnasium turned into a dance floor
late Saturday night. The annual Homecoming dance was lively as usual,
perhaps livelier thanks to the win that the Greenwave took on Friday’s

circled about the schools- Wonderland. Upon walking into the gymnasium
late Saturday night, it was as if you had just stepped into Alice in...

Tax Ethics For Smarties
By Katie Kieffer
I have tax reform guidelines, and they’re not for dummies. My

feverishly debating tax proposals like Cain’s “999...
