NEW MADSON- Most coaches view a tie as something of a loss. Tri-Village
coach Matt Fraylick sees it as something of a victory. “We always have
a tough time with Twin Valley South,” said Fraylick, the Patriots
soccer coach. “We’ve had some close battles with them the last couple
