We have Roscoe at the Darke County Animal Shelter. He is a 3-month-old
Shepherd/Lab mix. He is brown and black with short hair. Roscoe was
found when he was only 5 weeks old. He is now 3 months old and a very
sweet puppy. Roscoe will need some special care. His front legs did not
develop properly and is unable to use them when he gets tired. He
