Jets down Patriots in key soccer match
By George Starks, CNO Sports Editor
PITSBURG - It was a night when the Franklin Monroe Jets were ready and
Tri-Village wasn’t. Senior Zac Diceanu scored twice while Brian Robison
and Jaden Horner added one goal each as the Jets posted a hard fought

said Jets coach Danny Diceanu. “We stopped just about every ball when
they were on offense. I was a little disappointed they scored on us
though. I‘m sure he was happy with the fact his team (TV) scored but
I‘m disappointed that we gave that goal up.” At the 33:31 point... Read More. More Sports.

observed a bicycle. After that, we had to describe that same object in
terms of something else. I learned that this was called conceit. And I
decided to try to describe a bicycle using nouns, verbs, and adjectives
that would normally be used to describe a whale. In... Read More. More Teen Scribes.

Author unknown – submitted by Barbara Rolfe, Boise, Idaho
Being a veterinarian, I had been called to examine a ten-year-old Irish
Wolfhound named Belker. The dog’s owners, Ron, his wife Lisa, and their
little boy Shane, were all very attached to Belker, and they were
hoping for a miracle. I examined Belker and found he was dying of
cancer. I told the family we couldn’t do anything... Read More. More Senior Scribes.
