was dragged, screaming and yelling, into the 21st Century. I said then
that the web was not for me. It was the days of dial up. It was new and
clunky. It took forever to log in… then it took forever to find

County has a new Homeland Security/Emergency Management Services
Director. Her name is Melinda Saylor and her appointment was effective
