Council tables vote on Trilogy zoning request

Greenville City Council approved a motion Tuesday to table the vote on
legislation prepared for Trilogy Health Care’s zoning change request
for 6.41 acres on Russ Road. The vote was five to one with Councilman
Tracy Tryon voting no. City Councilman Todd Oliver made the motion due
to the absence from the meeting of Councilman John Baumgardner. “I
believe this should be voted on by the full Council,” Oliver said in
