Trilogy Health Care zoning request passes 6-1

pleased,” said Trilogy Health Care’s Russ Oberhausen. “This is what we
needed and I’m happy that we have the approval to move ahead with our
plans.” Greenville City Council voted 6-1 to overturn the Planning
& Zoning Commission’s recommendation to turn down Trilogy’s request
for a zoning change from GB (General Business) to SU (Special Use) for
the 6.41 acre property intersected by Russ Road and Hwy 121....
