By George Starks
GREENVILLE- On the back of Joe Singer's Escalade, the plate says it
all. "5 Sleds" It has nothing to do with snow or going sledding but has
everything to do with the Darke County Tractor Pullers Association

Cleveland Plain Dealer
More steps forward than back in GOP platform
By Kevin O'Brien

healthy thing for Mitt Romney and the country. It's likely to be a

NOTES
& THOUGHTS
FROM
THE EDITOR... ON THE INSIDE - SATURDAY, AUGUST 25,
2012 |
I
took a break this week to join my family for a couple of hours at the
fair. As always entrance to the fairway passes the Republican tent and,
as seems to be always, State Repr. Jim Buchy was there. And as probably
always, he honed in on a cute little 2-year-old… this time our
granddaughter, Bella. He shouldn’t take her lack of interest
personally… she’s not much interested in strangers. Get her home
however… totally different story. A little quiet on occasion would
sometimes be a welcome change of pace. She keeps us busy… and me young!
