I
guess Monday will be the last “comfortable” day for a while. Hot
weather ahead… and continued draught. The Supreme Court said today that
a state couldn’t do the constitutionally mandated federal job of trying
and convicting illegal immigrants, but it didn’t say what could be done
when the feds didn’t do their job. The Court says Arizona can take the
people to the feds. And I’m sure it will. We’ll see what happens next.
