March 5, 2012 Darke County, OH— Across the country and here in our
backyard, the American Red Cross has been on the scene providing relief
to those in need. Emergency shelters have opened in Northern
Kentucky, Eastern Indiana and Southwestern Ohio to help those affected
by offering a safe place to stay, a hot meal, minor first aid, and a
