Keeping Thomas off balance key for Highland Hawks
By George Starks
COLUMBUS- “The more they pressured me the harder it was to get into our

semi-finals of the OHSAA girl’s basketball tournament. In the eyes of
Hawks coach Dave Schlabach, stopping Patriots senior Kayla Linkous was
huge, but frustrating Thomas was key. “We spent a lot of time studying
Linkous and we have a... Read

was homeschooled through eighth grade and attended a private high
school before graduating from college, I personally know... Read

FROM
THE EDITOR... ON THE INSIDE - TODAY IS SUNDAY, MARCH 18,
2012 |
Interesting
day… got up early, early a.m. to grade papers before heading out to eat
(and work) pancakes. Remembered I had to prep some files for tonight…
got ready to send them to my buddy Al… Internet died! Enjoyed the
morning – Key Club and Kiwanis serving pancakes to hundreds of
satisfied customers – then to the Eagles to use its “Hot Spot.” Handled
member dues and some other Eagles business, then home – Internet back
up - to find out I’d forgotten to upload files Al needed. I think I’ll
be glad when this day’s over. But pancake day was fun… Also in News: Postal service to suspend closings due to elections. Community: St. Mary’s School... March Parish News. Blogs: Obama Misplaces “My” Jobs Bill. For
