THE EDITOR... ON THE INSIDE - TODAY IS TUESDAY, MARCH 20,

The
last time I experienced spring in March was in Southern California. I
certainly have no problem with it in God’s Country, but I’m not sure
what bodes for us this summer. Wore a short sleeve shirt today…
unbelievable for late March. Enjoy our weather while you can. It’s
bound to change. Again. Also in News: Moody Says Ohio now ‘financially stable’; Shell chooses Pa, not Ohio, for multi-billion dollar refinery. Commissioners: March 12, 14. Blogs: The Perfection of Crony Capitalism: Use Regulation to Destroy Competitors. Obituaries: Margaret M. (Ward) Ashman. For
