them accepted the invitation. Louise stayed home. On July 4th. I drove
to Lebanon, OH, to pick up Gunnar and Catarina, friends from Sweden...

FROM
THE EDITOR... ON THE INSIDE - TUESDAY, OCTOBER 2,
2012 |
Editor’s
Photo: When Delbert Blickenstaff told me last year that for his 90th
birthday he was going white water rafting, I wasn’t sure if he was
pulling my leg or had just “lost it.” I didn’t know him then as well as
I do now… our lead story is pure “Delbert.” You might have read the
story, but you haven’t seen the photos! Personally, I think they’re all
nuts… but I enjoyed the photo essay. In Blogs: Nearly 80% Think Everyone Should Pay Some Income Tax; Benghazi-gate – Obama Knew. Events: Fort GreeneVille Chapter DAR: Operation Bundle of Joy; Memory Matters – Alzheimer’s Support. News: Teacher evaluations coming; Welfare rolls shrinking. Sports: Bengals thrash Jaguars 27-10; V-Tigers roll over Parkway, 47-zip. Obituaries: Annabel M. Enicks and Mark M. Randall. For
