Courtney Osborne earns title of Miss Annie Oakley 2013

GREENVILLE – Courtney Osborne, a junior from Tri-Village High School,
earned the title of Miss Annie Oakley 2013 at the final shoot-out July
25 at the Darke County fairgrounds. She will be the 47th Miss Annie
Oakley in the 50-year history of the Annie Oakley Festival. Elisabeth
Harless, Miss Annie Oakley 2012, awarded the sash, pin and trophy.
