Bowers gets huge Christmas surprise

Former Wave going to the Super Bowl - GREENVILLE- Another Greenville
graduate will be going to the Super Bowl. Unlike Matt Light who ended
his career with three Super Bowl rings while playing with the New
England Patriots, the Wave graduate will be there serving in another
role. Sam Bowers, a student at Bowling Green State University, a 2013
graduate of Greenville and a CNO athletic scholarship winner through
Dave Knapp Ford, will be in New York at this year’s Super Bowl.

Armed robbery, DUI and domestic violence
On Dec. 17 police responded to an armed robbery at Papa Johns
restaurant, 1111 E. Main St. The manager of the store advised an
unknown male subject entered wearing a black ski mask with a black
hockey mask over his face. He also wore a green hoodie, dark jeans and
