Commissioner Mike Stegall who spoke on the “State of the County.”
Darke County is ranked 5th in the country and 1st in the Midwest in
jobs. In the last two years the county has gotten a lot done and saved
money: roof repair on the Courthouse; a new boiler at the Garst
Building; work on the Sheriff's building and three new cars; work on
