NEW MADISON – Andy Miller, 5, and Emylee Springer, 3, were named New
Madison’ Independence Day Little Mr. & Miss Firecracker 2013. Andy
is the son of Scott and Shelley Miller and was dressed in a patriotic
costume that was reminiscent of Yankee Doodle Dandy. He recited the
