GREENVILLE – Following her first two months on the job, Main Street
Greenville’s new executive director Amber Garrett, said she thought she
pretty well had a handle on the job. “I was lucky,” she said. “I had a

On June 15, 2013 at approximately 2:46 pm a Darke County Sheriff’s
Office Deputy initiated a traffic stop in the 4500 block of US RT 36
west on a blue 2000 Chevy Venture mini van with three occupants.
