Arrest made in Darke County robbery
The Darke County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest in the aggravated
robbery and felonious assault of a small business owner that occurred
Monday night. The robbery happened at a small engine repair shop
located at 5740 Jaysville St. Johns Road in Darke County just east of
the City of Greenville. Arrested in Greenville this afternoon is
Delphus Ray Peace, age 28. He is being booked into the Darke
County Jail for Aggravated Robbery, Felonious Assault and Drug
Trafficking pending formal charges upon review by the Darke County
