T-V senior chooses Marines, learns about Dickey
GREENVILLE – Do you know who PFC Douglas Dickey is? Ecko Brown, an
Edison Communications student and Tri-Village senior in the PSEOP
program, shook her head. Want to find out? “Sure.” She went to Garst
Museum. It was a sobering experience. “Scary, but so honorable,” she
said, noting Dickey’s actions. PFC Dickey was an Ansonia native and
U.S. Marine posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor. Ecko has enlisted
