Deputies say the discovery of improperly discarded needles has risen dramatically in recent years as intravenous drug use has increased. It’s a major problem for officers who have to search drug users and the hiding places in their cars and homes. DeWine Releases April Sexual Assault Kit Testing Update

(COLUMBUS, Ohio) -- Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine today released a status update on the progress of DNA testing being conducted as part of the Ohio Attorney General's Sexual Assault Kit (SAK) Testing Initiative.
