Two dead in fatal crash on SR571
Greenville – On February 8, 2015 at 9:37 p.m. Darke County Sheriff
Deputies, along with Union City, Ohio Fire and Rescue, were dispatched
to SR571 west of Kniseley Rd. reference to a single vehicle rollover
accident. While units were in route dispatch was advised that a
second vehicle had just struck a passer by who had stopped to render
aid. Preliminary investigation revealed that a 2003 Kia, driven by
Richard L. Stephenson (49) of Union City, OH was westbound on SR571
when it appears he got off the right side of the road and lost control
