Velma Campbell named 2015 Parade Marshall
The Directors for The Great Darke County Fair are pleased to announce
that Velma Campbell has been selected as the 2015 Parade Marshall.
Velma was elected in August of 1998 for a 1-year term. The Fairboard
expanded to 11 members in 1999 and Velma was re-elected in August of
1999 for a full 3-year term, making 1999 her first full Fair as a Board
Member. Her philosophy then and still remains “Working to make the BEST
