Retail is changing but economic outlook is positive
GREENVILLE – “Retail as we know it is changing.” That is the general
consensus of three individuals who tend to keep a finger on the pulse
of local economics. According to Darke County Commissioner Mike
Stegall, the brick and mortar ‘big box’ stores are going away. Main
