KETTERING- When Tri-Village and Russia hooked up in the Flyin to the
Hoop showcase in January, it was the Patriots winning by seven at Trent
Arena in Kettering, 56-49. Tuesday, the two teams met for the second

Scheduled improvements to County Roads and Bridges

bridges is scheduled for 2015 that will be 90% percent locally funded.
