Bluebag Webmaster receives community service award
GREENVILLE – Early Bird/Bluebag Media webmaster Clinton Randall was
recognized for service to the community by the Darke County Grange,
along with Waldo L. Fine, recognized for his service during WWII.
Randall was awarded for his service as Non-Granger of the Year, Public
Service through the News Media. Randall, in addition to his position as
reporter and webmaster for the local Darke County newspaper, is also
involved in a number of community service activities, including
