The “Rock Man”
On Thursday December 3rd at 6pm the Darke County Parks District is
thrilled to welcome Mike Manning, aka The “Rock Man.” Mike has been
studying rocks for 40 years. He has traveled all around the world in
search of geological treasures. His collection, which he will be
bringing to the Nature Center, is second to none and includes fossils,
minerals, rare specimens, and unique finds. It is a special treat to be
present for Mike’s presentation as participants will be able to obtain

GREENVILLE - The Darke County Animal Shelter has many pets available
for adoption, including several breeds of dogs, as well as cats and
kittens. The Shelter chooses pets to feature each week, this week
