Edison welcomes Carlisle and Smith to Darke County Campus
Edison State Community College is pleased to welcome Rachel Carlisle
and Cassie Smith to the Darke County Campus. Carlisle has joined the
campus as an Enrollment Manager while Smith has joined as a College
Resource Specialist. Carlisle, of Arcanum, comes to Edison as a
seasoned leader, most recently working for the United States Department
