2016 Honorary Parade Marshals Tom and Shila Magoto
Tom and Shila (Dapore) Magoto are very pleased and honored to be
selected as Parade Marshals for the 2016 Poultry Days parade. The
parade will begin at 11 am on Saturday June 11 as part of the three day
festival to be held June 10-12. Tom and Shila were both born and raised
in Versailles. They were high school sweet-hearts graduating from
Versailles High School and then Miami University, Tom with a BA in
Psychology and Shila with a BS in Elementary Education. They were

Sheriff cautions motorists on SR 49 detour
Darke County Sheriff Toby L. Spencer cautions motorists while traveling
around the State Route 49 closure. The State Route 49 closure is
located between Myers-Tillman Road and Hogpath Road south of
