Two Edison State Community College students have been named to the 2016
Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) All-Ohio Academic Team. Keith Hoying of Anna and
John R. Winemiller, Jr. of Sidney have been selected as two of this
year’s fifty-five statewide recipients. To be eligible for the All-Ohio
