DC Parks humanoid being used to train birds
GREENVILLE – There is a new ‘humanoid’ at Darke County Parks. It made
its presence known in early January and will be replaced by real humans
on Jan. 30. “We’re trying to train the birds to get accustomed to
people,” said Darke County Parks Naturalist Robb Clifford. The
mannequin (humanoid), wearing a blue hoody with a scarf and gloves,
