Emerson Brewer Retires from CORS Board
The Council on Rural Services wants to take this opportunity to thank
Emerson Brewer for serving on our Board of Trustees over the past 16
years. Emerson joined our board in 2000 and has continued to
serve as a client representative from Darke County. As a non-profit, we
