by failing to report, testing positive for marijuana, failure to report change of address and failure to comply with monthly payments ordered by the court. The second is
Christopher Wayne Wintrow, wanted for violating terms of probation by failing to report as ordered, failing to make monthly payments on court costs, fines and administrative
fees and failing to complete community service hours.

Wanted for: January 2010 - Warrant issued by Darke County Adult Probation for violating terms of probation; a) Failing to Report. b) Testing positive for marijuana.
