Jay J. Vroom
Jay Vroom is president and CEO of CropLife America, the largest
national trade organization representing developers, formulators and
distributors of agricultural pesticides across the United States. He
has held this position since election by the Board of Directors in 1989
and has been re-elected each succeeding year.
Vroom has testified numerous times before U.S. congressional and
regulatory bodies, and represents the U.S. plant science solution
industry internationally.
Colin Woodall
Colin Woodall is the Vice President of Government Affairs for NCBA in
Washington, D.C. He serves as NCBA’s chief lobbyist on Capitol Hills
and leads the Washington Office in developing strategies to ensure that
the cattle industry’s voice is being heard by policy makers.
Scott Nally
Ohio EPA Director Scott Nally was sworn into office by Gov. John Kasich
on Jan. 10, 2011, and brings more than 20 years of public and private
environmental management experience to the position.
Since Ohio EPA was created in 1972, Director Nally is the 12th director
of the organization, leading the cabinet-level agency that is
responsible for implementing federal and state regulations to protect
human health and the environment while ensuring the environmentally
sound operations of business and government activities imperative to
economic growth.
Susan Bodine
Susan Bodine is a partner in Barnes & Thornburg LLP’s Washington,
D.C., office, where she is a member of the firm’s Environmental Law
Department.
Ms. Bodine focuses her practice on environmental public policy issues,
including climate change and energy legislation and regulation,
environmentally sound development of property and infrastructure,
management of wastes and hazardous substances, remediation of
contaminated properties, wetlands issues, water pollution control, and
water resources development.
Bob Stallman
Bob Stallman, a rice and cattle producer from Columbus, Texas, is
president of the American Farm Bureau Federation, the nation’s largest
and most influential general farm organization. The 11th president in
the organization’s history, Mr. Stallman was first elected president on
Jan. 13, 2000. Prior to becoming AFBF President, Mr. Stallman was
president of the Texas Farm Bureau. He became a member of AFBF’s board
of director in 1994.
In addition to Farm Bureau involvement, Mr. Stallman has been selected
to serve on various state and federal committees. In 2007, the
President appointed Mr. Stallman to serve as a member of the White
House Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations (ACTPN).
Mr. Stallman has served on the Advisory Committee on International
Economic Policy, the board of trustees for the Farm Foundation, the
state’s Citizen’s Committee on Property Tax Relief, the Commission on
21st Century Production Agriculture, chairman of the U.S. Farmers and
Ranchers Alliance and more.
