Gov.
John R. Kasich reappointed Bill
W. Dingus to serve as a member of the Transportation Review Advisory
Council
and appointed Donald Edward Franks to serve as a member of the Ohio
Ethics
Commission.
Kasich
sent a letter to President
Obama urging him to announce approval in his Thursday speech of a loan
guarantee for the proposed new Piketon uranium enrichment facility.
