Darke County Sheriff’s Office…
Suspect
arrested for illegal drug manufacturing
On April 5, 2012 at approximately 7:00P.M. Darke County Deputies were
dispatched to 137 US 127, Arcanum, Ohio on an agency assist.
Preliminary investigation revealed Lyle Duke (36) of Arcanum was
stopped by Eaton Police Department which led officers from Darke County
Sheriff Office, Preble County Sheriff’s Office, and Eaton Police
Department to the US 127 address on suspicion of a meth lab.
During the search of the property items used in the illegal
manufacturing of methamphetamine were located.
Lyle Duke was arrested and taken to the Darke County Sheriff’s Office
where he is being held for illegal manufacturing of drugs.
This incident remains under investigation by the Darke County Sheriff’s
Office.
