Robert Kindred
held on $100K cash bond
Prosecutor suggest $75K bond, Judge set it at $100K cash

DARKE COUNTY, Ohio — Several days after he was captured in rural
Randolph County, Indiana, attempting to hide from deputies in the trunk
of a stolen car, Robart Scott Kindred, 42, appeared via video for
arraignment in Darke County Common Pleas Court in Greenville from the
county jail.
The grand jury recently indicted the former Versailles area resident on
charges of receiving stolen property and failure to comply with a
lawful order of a police officer.
Kindred waved extradition and volunteered to be brought back to Ohio to
anwser to those charges. Other similar charges against the now-
Indianapolis, Indiana resident are pending in Miami County, and
Randolph County, Indiana.
