the Darke County Crime Stoppers: Two new fugitives have been added to
the Darke County Crime Stoppers Most Wanted list. The most recent
addition is David Woodrow McCowan, Jr., wanted for Failure to Report,
Failure to Comply with Child Support Enforcement and more, including
Domestic Menacing. Added earlier was Stacey Ann Denham, wanted for
Theft from an Elderly Person and more.
Last known addresses for both fugitives are in Greenville. Rewards are
