Incentives for Versailles Manufacturing Facility Expansion Approved

will be moved to Dayton with the announced expansion, there will be

incentives to accommodate this growth.
VERSAILLES, Ohio – (May 21, 2012) – Midmark Corporation, the most

solutions, today announced the approval of Ohio state tax incentives
and the expansion of its manufacturing facility in Versailles.
The Ohio Department of Development approved $2.6 million in state tax
incentives at the Ohio Tax Credit Authority meeting today in Columbus.
In addition to a 100,000-square-foot plant expansion, Midmark plans to
make investments in new processing equipment, capital tooling for
innovative new product development, investments in IT infrastructure
enhancements and office space upgrades.
