Critical injury
accident on 118
On November 22, 2012 at approximately 1:38 AM Darke County Deputies,
along with Ansonia Fire Department, and Ansonia Rescue were dispatched
to the 11,600 block of State Route 118 on a one vehicle injury
accident.
Preliminary investigation revealed a green 1999 Chevy Blazer, driven by
Angel Nicely, 20, Rossburg, Ohio was north bound on State Route
118. Angel lost control of the vehicle causing it to overturn
several times on the roadway and in the ditch. Angel was ejected from
the vehicle before it came to rest on its side.
Angel was transport by Ansonia Rescue to Spirit Medical Transports
parking lot. Spirit’s Mobile Intensive Care Unit (MIC Unit)
transported Angel to Miami Valley Hospital were she is listed in
critical condition.
This Accident remains under investigation by the Darke County Sheriff’s
Office.
