KitchenAid inks
lease for Darke County facility
Wednesday, September 5, 2012
KitchenAid has inked a deal to lease a 41,000-square-foot facility in
Darke County.
The company will use the facility — the former Master Industries
building in Ansonia — for overflow inventory as it continues to grow
market share and migrate product back to the United States, according
to Bruns Realty Group.
Tipp City-based Bruns handled the leasing of the building.
The KitchenAid division, which has major operations in Greenville, is
part of Whirlpool Corp.
The Greenville KitchenAid plant has several hundred workers. The city
also is home to the KitchenAid Experience store.
