Arrest made for trafficking drugs in Darke County 

On July 12, 2013 at approximately 12:55 a.m., the Darke County Sheriff’s Office Narcotic’s Unit and Sheriff Deputies executed a Search Warrant at 10119 State Route 47, north of Union City, Ohio, following an on-going narcotics investigation.  Michelle Middaugh, 45 years old, was arrested for Drug Trafficking in heroin and Endangering Children. While executing the search warrant, investigators recovered heroin, drug paraphernalia, and electronic items.  Darke County Children’s Services was contacted in reference to a one year old being present during a drug buy and the search warrant.
