Police
Four
arrested on active warrants
GREENVILLE
– On June 14, in
response to a possible domestic call, Greenville Police arrested Tim
Smith near
412 Harrison Ave. He had an outstanding police arrest warrant on an
original
charge of Operating a Vehicle while Impaired (OVI), bond $4,000. He was
also
wanted on a warrant through Kettering Police on a bond of $1,750. After
transport to the Darke County Jail he was served with two misdemeanor
citations
on a separate case.
On
June 13, Kashish Lee Edger was
arrested in the Wal-Mart parking lot on a warrant for Community
Service/DUS and
transported to Darke County Jail on no bond.
On
June 13, Thomas Lee was arrested
in the 600 block of E. Fifth St. for Failure to Appear on an Open
Container
charge with a bond of $150. He was transported to Darke County Jail.
On
June 15, Matthew Baker was
arrested at Sherman Street and Gray Avenue on a felony warrant out of
Darke
County for probation violation for a theft charge. Baker also had an
active
felony warrant out of Miami County for burglary. Items, including a
hypodermic
needle with syringe and a metal spoon, were found on the defendant’s
person
that he indicated were for heroin use. Defendant was transported to
Darke
County Jail on no bond.
Burglary
On
June 15 Andrew L. Davidson, 1317
Jonquil Lane, reported a glock and holster was missing from the bedroom
closet
shelf. Also taken were silver coins stored in boxes in the gun closet.
Several
other weapons were in the closet but had not been taken. The glock was
unloaded
and the magazines for it had also been left behind. Other items of
value had
remained untouched.
Vehicle
Theft
On
June 14 Hobert Burton, 401 N.
Gray Ave., reported that his motorcycle, valued at $1,500, had been
stolen. No
suspects, no other information available.
