Charges filed against two for Grube murders
The Mercer County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office confirms that charges
have been filed regarding the murders of Robert Grube and Colleen Grube.
Specifically, on June 13, 2013, the Mercer County Grand Jury returned
Indictments against Bryant L. Rhoades (DOB: 10/06/90) and Trevin M.A.
Sanders Roark (DOB: 4/11/94). The Indictments allege that on or about
November 29-30, 2011, both Rhoades and Sanders Roark committed numerous
criminal acts including Aggravated Murder, Murder, Involuntary
Manslaughter, Kidnapping, Aggravated Robbery, Robbery, Aggravated
Burglary, Burglary and Theft.
The Mercer County Court of Common Pleas advised the Mercer County
Prosecuting Attorney’s Office that Trevin M.A. Sanders Roark is
scheduled to appear in the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas on
Monday, June 17, 2013 at 1 p.m. and that Bryant L. Rhoades is scheduled
to appear in Mercer County Court of Common Pleas on Tuesday, June 18,
2013 at 2:30 p.m.
The Mercer County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has no further comment
at this time.
