Mercer
County Sheriff Office arrests three for
heroin possession
Mercer
County Sheriff Jeff Grey announced today
the arrest of three Celina area individuals yesterday on possession of
heroin
charges. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop for
improper lane
use as well as information regarding the use of drugs.
Arrested
for possession of heroin were:
Frederick
S. Cass, age 25, of 558 East Wayne
St., Celina, Mario J. Rodriguez, age 32, of Celina (listed as
at large),
Stephany M. Fontainini, age 19, of 500 Bruns Ave, #34, Celina.
The
vehicle registered to Cass was seized as a
result of the stop, and a search warrant was issued for the vehicle
today. All
present charges are felonies of the fifth degree.
The
incident remains under investigation by the
Mercer County Sheriff’s Office.
